Dear Colleagues,
I would like to invite you to participate in the UNI Europa Commerce Steering Committee meeting which will take place in Brussels on 14 March 2014.
Venue and timetable
The meeting will take place in UNI Europa’s head office:

The meeting will start on Friday 14 March 2014 at 09:00 and is scheduled to close the same day at 16:00 hrs. Lunch will be provided for by UNI Europa.
Interpretation
UNI Europa Commerce will organise active interpretation in French, with passive in Spanish. We will discuss interpretation arrangements for future meetings at this event.

Accommodation
We have made arrangements with the Thon EU hotel situated a few minutes walk from UNI Europa’s offices (rue Joseph II, 40 – 1000 Brussels). Hotel bookings can be made via the attached accommodation form.

Insurance coverage
Please note that UNI Europa cannot take out insurance for the participants. It is up to the union or the individual participant to conclude insurance. Participation in the meeting is at your own risk.
