Dear Colleagues, 

We are pleased to invite you to the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee Meeting in the Commerce Sector – Working Group Meeting, to be held in Brussels on December 3rd 2015.

Please note that according to recent discussions on how to improve ESD, we will have a more in depth debate on item 3 on « age diversity ». We would appreciate the input of participants on age diversity policies in your country and social partners initiatives in this field. If you have a good example to present, please let me know in advance.

Please find attached the agenda and the official invitation for this meeting.

We are kindly asking you to fill in the registration form you will also find attached and return it back to my colleague vicente.garcia@uniglobalunion.org before November 20th 2015.

We would like to draw your attention to increased security measures in Commission buildings. When you confirm your participation, please also provide us with the following information (requested by the Commission):

The meeting will be held at    Borschette Centre CCAB 3C – Level 3
                                                36 rue Froissart 
                                                1040 Brussels (the meeting room will be indicated at the entrance of the building). 

The preparatory meeting of the workers' delegation will take place in the main room 3C with interpretation from 9.00 hrs till 10.30 hrs. 

The joint meeting will start at 10.30 hrs. 

Simultaneous interpretation has been requested for the following languages: from French, English, Italian, Spanish into French, English and Spanish.

The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses for a maximum of 15 EU representatives per delegation (employers and workers). Please read carefully the "Rules for the reimbursement of expenses" on page 2 in the invitation. 

Please note that all accommodation has to be booked by yourself.
