Meetings

Dear Colleagues,

The Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee Meeting in the Commerce Sector – Plenary session will be held at

        Borschette Centre CCAB 1B – Level 1
        36 rue Froissart 
        1040 Brussels (the meeting room will be indicated at the entrance of the building). 

The preparatory meeting of the workers' delegation will take place in the main room 1B with interpretation from 9.00 hrs till 10.30 hrs. 

The joint meeting will start at 10.30 hrs. 

Simultaneous interpretation has been requested for the following languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Polish (active) and German (passive).

The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses for a maximum of 28 EU representatives per delegation (employers and workers). Please read carefully the "Rules for the reimbursement of expenses" on page 2 in the invitation. 

Please note that all accommodation has to be booked by yourself.
