Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached the agenda and the official invitation for the SSDC meeting above mentioned to he held in Brussels on the 6 December 2013.

The meeting will be held at     Borschette Centre (Room 4D) – floor 4
                36 rue Froissart
                1040 Brussels (the meeting room will be indicated at the entrance of the building).

The preparatory meeting of the workers' delegation will take place in the main room 4D with interpretation from 9.00 hrs till 10.30 hrs.

The joint meeting will start at 10.30 hrs.

Simultaneous interpretation has been requested for the following languages: from French,German, English, Italian, Spanish and Polish into French, German, English, Italian,Spanish and Polish.

The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses for a maximum of 28 EU representatives per delegation (employers and workers). Please see Annex 1 in the official invitation for details concerning reimbursements.
