Meetings

We are pleased to invite you to the above-mentioned meeting to be held on Monday 3rd February from 9.00 till 18.00. 

The preparatory meeting for UNI Europa delegation will be held in room 4A with interpretation from 9.00 hrs till 11.00.

The meeting will take place at the following address:

1040 Brussels
(the meeting room will be indicated in the entrance to the building).

Interpretation:

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided from French, English, Spanish (active) and German (passive) into French, English and Spanish.

The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses up to a maximum of 15 EU representatives per delegation. Please download the reimbursement forms here:

UNI Europa is no longer managing hotel bookings. We have though made arrangements with the Thon EU hotel situated not far the the EU+C buildings (75, rue de la Loi - 1040 Brussels). Hotel bookings can be made online via their website
