The UNI Equal Opportunities Deparment has created a new toolkit is for all its affiliated unions who are engaged in carrying out lobbying efforts with their Governments and employers to achieve an ILO convention against violence against women and men at the workplace.

The objectives of this toolkit are to ensure that as many governments as possible vote for an ILO convention, supported by a recommendation; and that as manygovernments and employers as possible push for theimprovements identified by UNI.

It includes additional information on process for the Convention, timetables and resources, such as a the law and practice report from ILO and a questionnaire with an ideal model for responses.
