For the fourth year, UNI P&M Group is running the Work Life Management Campaign. Between 7-20 October 2015 we encourage all UNI Europa affiliates to put the issue of work life balance and stress from increasingly digitalised workplaces on their trade union agenda.

An increasing number of employees suffer from psycho-social risks like stress, anxiety or burnout. This is especially true for professionals and managers who experience increased workload and pressure, made worse by inappropriate work organisation, and the demand for constant availability. The aim of the campaign is to discuss the impact on members and seek to negotiate better policies and practices.
