Dear Colleagues,

Giesecke & Devrient is searching for labour forces, which are willing to work temporary in Munich, all over the world. Giesecke & Devrient relocates work load to other companies. The reason is: Munich is gone on strike! At the end of April we are on strike for 20 days.

The enterprise will axe 950 jobs all over the world. In the Munich headquarter they will downsize 800 jobs. The banknote production and the centre for personalization of bank and healthcare cards shall be closed by the end of the year. A lot of employers in the offices shall have to go.

The workers have fought for their jobs over the last four month. Without any success. Now, they fight for a good compensation because of the loss of their jobs.
