Meetings

Dear Colleagues, 

We are pleased to invite you to the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee Meeting for the Commerce Sector – Working group Meeting, to be held in Brussels on the 13 May 2015.

The meeting will be held at     Borschette Centre (Room 1D) – Level 1 
                                                36 rue Froissart 
                                                1040 Brussels (the meeting room will be indicated at the entrance of the building). 

The preparatory meeting of the workers' delegation will take place in the main room 1D with interpretation from 9.00 hrs till 10.30 hrs. 

The joint meeting will start at 10.30 hrs. 

Simultaneous interpretation has been requested for the following languages: from French, English, Spanish, Italian into French, English, Spanish

The Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses for a maximum of 15 EU representatives per delegation (employers and workers). Please see the "Rules for the reimbursement of expenses" on page 2 in the invitation. 

We are attaching a list of hotels UNI Europa uses in Brussels. All accommodation shall be booked by yourself.
