The FSA is not the only organisation to be looking at bonuses' systems in the UK. Mervyn King, Bank of England's governor, already announced that he intends to design regulatory and incentive structures to curb excesses in banker's pay.



The Institute of International Finance said that pay should be set "on a risk-adjusted basis".
