According to Frost & Sullivan analyst Spiwe Chireka, call centre agents grew 30% last year,yet Dialogue cut 650 jobs. The group hopes to return to profitability through cost-cutting, and seeking business to replace lost work



Dialogue Group is an outsource call centre specialist.  It used to be one of the largest privately-owned company of its kind in South Africa. Dialogue Group currently has three facilities in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban. Some time ago it got the largest call centre outsourcing contract to date in South Africa for MTN's prepaid customer base.
