Communications Forum 2009 - Registration Ends April 15!



To support unions in their campaigning efforts UNI’s next Communicators’ Forum will focus on how we can use the Internet, email and social networking to connect union members online and get them active in real life.



Come join us June 10^th-12^th in Protaras, Cyprus.



Our key speakers are from the forefront of the web communications and social-networking world.

Avaaz has confirmed its presence at the forum already. Avaaz is a global online community that mobilises its 3 million+ members to take action on a variety of human rights, labour, environmental issues and more.



We have also invited some big names from the US online progressive political movement and the Obama campaign.

The financial crisis is affecting our budgets as well as our message. Unions are a leading voice for working people and we have to today’s web 2.0 tools to send our message and communicate with the people we want to join our movement, support our cause and fight to make their own lives better.
