Arvato management wants more flexible benefits above the general pay scale that is link it to the success of the company.

For the time being this would purely mean reducing it to the national collective agreement level.

Management says that they want to stick to the national agreement in Italy.

The alternative to this wage reduction would be lay-offs.



Management is currently negotiating with the Italian unions.
