In the TV report, a bank employee is quoted saying that the crisis has not changed the behaviour of banks:



"The primary purpose is to sell products that bring the bank good return. Whether the customer is satisfied or not is secondary. What is important is that the branch makes profits through the fees. Whether the customer wins, keeps or loses money is ultimately irrelevant. The fees are paid in any case."
