UNI Commerce Global Union aims to establish a genuie social dialogue with global companies in the retail and wholesale sector and have achieved that with some of the world's largest mulitinational companies.

Among these are the world's 2nd largest retailer Carrefour from France and 4th largest Metro Group from Germany. UNI Commerce wishes for Tesco to join this "club" of truely social responsible companies and once again invited company CEO Sir Terry Leahy to open up dialogue with UNI and to adress the issues revealed by the in-depth country reports.
