"The TUC believes the Employee Free Choice Act is an essential building block for a building a fairer America – one where workers can exercise their fundamental rights to join a union and organise, and unions can represent their members without fear of intimidation or harassment," saysTrade Union Congress (TUC) General Secretary Brendan Barber.



The TUC has started a solidarity campaign in support of the Employee Free Choice Act and is asking Britons to write to their MP asking them to support Early Day Motion 1896 on 'Union rights in the US'.
