UNI Celebrates International Women’s Day with new video against gender violence



UNI Global Union today celebrates International Women’s Day and the global fight for gender equality.



In honour of International Women’s Day, UNI Equal Opportunities today shares with all of its members its commitment to women's rights and equal opportunities.



UNI has launched a new video for its “Breaking the Circle” campaign against gender violence. The video offers a comprehensive view of the factors that lead to violence at work. It is the second part of a two-part series.



UNI Equal Opportunities is launching the video today at the UNI Africa Executive Committee meeting in Cairo.

UNI is also pleased to announce on this occasion that it has named Christy Hoffman to the position Deputy General Secretary, a "break through" for women.
