The aim of the second workshop of the sales and advice network was to further work on the model charter as well as to have an exchange with other stakeholders on issues relating to sales and advice.



Since last workshop, held in February, the research from the different countries was finalised and four of the researchers took part in the workshop to present their findings and take part in discussions.



A panel debate was furthermore held with representatives from the European Consumers, BEUC and the social rating agency VIGEO.
