Many UNI affiliates have sent messages of support to the The National Union of Postal Agencies Managers, an affiliate of the National Federation of Postal and Telecommunications Union Marocaine du Travail-(SNGAP / FNPT / UMT) and one of UNI Post & Logistics affiliates in Morocco, have been conducting a sit-in outside the headquarters of Barid Al-Maghrib (Morocco Post) in Rabat. This scheme called "Sit-in Eid Al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice)" aims to recognise their legitimate rights to decent working conditions, especially at a job that meets a minimum of decency and dignity.



And we are pleased to report that the sit in and solidarity support of UNI unions has resulted in a Memorandum of Understanding being signed between the union and Morocco Post



The managers who represent 655 post offices have been fighting for:

• Integration into frameworks of Morocco Post taking into account seniority and experience of each manager;

• Recognition of qualifications obtained by each manager;
