ANEBRE Colombia National Assembly ratifies presence in UNI

Bogota. The delegates’ National Assembly of the National Association of Employees of the Bank of the Republic – ANEBRE, was carried out with the attendance of 94 delegates representing the whole country, Leonor Sierra Acosta, responsible for Colombia UNI Support Centre was invited to this important event in which, apart from greeting the participants on behalf of the Regional Secretary Raul Requena, she delivered a report on the developed activities. She also encouraged the organisation to create young workers, professionals and women’s networks to contribute with UNI Americas’ decision-making and representation bodies. As a result of the great presence of UNI at the international level, as well as its efficiency in relation to the defence of the right to free association and the respect to human rights, the union’s highest authority ratified the presence and active participation of ANEBRE in UNI.
