A delegation from UNI Mexican affiliate STRM delivered a letter at the German Embassy in Mexico City. The union reported that it was difficult to get the appointment, and the Embassy only admitted a small delegation of 3 people rather than the larger group they had wanted to take. 



The delegation had the opportunity to outline the serious issues affecting workers in the struggle to bargain with Deutsche Telekom and expressed their solidarity for workers in the company. Their letter will be forwarded to the German Government in Berlin in the hope that they will take notice of the labour issues affecting Deutsche Telekom workers. The German Government is a major sharholder in Deutsche Telekom.
