Save Europe's postal services!



The postal sector with all its stakeholders is not sufficiently prepared for the full market opening. Members of the European Parliament (MEP) are signing on to a written declaration to demand secure, sustainable and quality postal services in Europe and prevent the adverse effects of the newly implemented Directive that liberalises post across the European Union.



Signatures from 50% of the MEPs guarantee that the topic will again come on the parliament's agenda.

UNI Post & Logistics affiliates and UNI Equal Opportunities gave roses to MEPs yesterday to commemorate International Women's Day and asked them to sign the declaration WD 94/2010. The action will continue today.
