In response to a call for demonstration by FO, France and other trade unions of HSBC, more than 500 employees have demonstrated this morning in front of HSBC head office, Avenue des Champs Elysées in Paris.



The employees demanded a fairer distribution of company profits as management announced a benefit of 100 million euros for shareholders and a double zero for employees.



A delegation of employee representatives has been received by management. The latter refuse for the time being to go back on the calculation of profit sharing. The "Inter-trade union" will meet this afternoon to decide on how to proceed with this mobilisation. Stay tuned.
