UNI’s Montenegrin affiliate STCG TUTM signed a new collective agreement with Crnogorski Telekom on December 6 that will give the unions important benefits. The company bonus system will be extended to everyone in the company not already part of the scheme, and will award the employees a 10% yearly bonus if the targets are met. The company also agreed to use EUR 6 million to resolve the employees’ immediate and long-term housing needs, affecting at least 120 of the employees. In addition, the company will contribute funds towards health and recreational programs for the employees. The union also managed to keep the existing severance payment structure in place.
