 We demand that a reliable voter register be provided, which should be delivered to the parties in a timely manner

 Effective conditions for workers to freely exercise their right to a secret ballot, without threats, intimidation or any kind of violence

 Guarantees that the trusted staff or outside personnel of Atento will not vote



UNI demands that the investigations of corruption in Walmart be intensified and a process should be opened in which workers can organize themselves in free and democratic unions and bargain collectively.



Other companies, like DHL, have the obligation to abandon the employer protection contracts, a corrupt pratice that condemns workers to miserable wages.
