The union at Kimberly Clark, Tocancipa, Colombia was formed in April of this year and is the first union in Kimberly Clark’s four colombian plants. Kimberly Clark has consistently stated that workers have the right to join a union but the preference of the company is to remain non union.



“I can only presume that the company is not serious about collective bargaining and the ending of negotiations is just another anti union tactic by the company” said Andy Snoddy.



He went on to say “I urge Kimberly Clark to begin bargaining in good faith and I am sure that the thousands of unionised Kimberly Clark workers around the world will be as disappointed as I am”.
