The UNI ICTS World Committee is calling on Teleperformance to ensure that there is a systematic approach to ensuring that human rights and labour rights are respected in their global operation by signing a global framework agreement with UNI Global Union. This global agreement would give credibility to Teleperformance’s obligations under the French Due Diligence law to ensure that human rights are respected by the company around the world.
