UNI Gaming Global Union signed its second agreement with Grupo Caliente, a Mexican gaming company. The agreement was signed by UNI Gaming Global President Daniel Amoroso, UNI Americas President Mario Madrigal Magana, UNI Americas Regional Secretary Adriana Rosenzvaig and the President of Grupo Caliente, Jorge Hank Rhon in Tijuana, Mexico.

In the agreement both parties commit to protect workers’ rights, right to join a union and bargain collectively, co-operate and carry out the social dialogue. 

Adriana Rosenzvaig said, "We have not gambled but we won the agreement for all Caliente workers".

Jorge Hank Rhon said, "The company grew thanks to the employees. We are a 100% legal and 100% respectable". 

Grupo Caliente, also having operations in the Carribean and planning to expand to El Salvador, employs over six thousand workers and is the largest sports betting company in Mexico, also owning casinos, race tracks, bingos, hotels, the stadium and the zoo. Its history dates back to 1916 when it established the first racetrack in Tijuana, Baja California, to later become the Agua Caliente Racetrack, which gave the name to the current company.
