The unwavering commitment of the workers in Robinson & Co (Malaya) Sdn Bhd to build a company that reflects the principle of a safe and decent working environment has seen the workers voting in the trade union via the secret ballot process on 14Augsut2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  The employees are keen to develop the partnership industrial relations which take into the account the needs of the workers, company and customers; at the same time assist the company growth.

Mohd Shafie Mammal, President UNI Malaysian Labour Center, congratulated the unions and the organizers for the enthusiasm for their win in forming the union and is looking forward to the union and management working together to build a harmonious industrial relationship in the workplace. An example of what he described it as “UNI Boleh!” spirit.  Christopher Ng UNI Apro Regional Secretary support had assisted the UNI Malaysian Labour Center’s organizing efforts in Malaysia.  Sis. Alke Head of UNI Commerce was here in Kuala Lumpur and shared with the victory.
