UNI Indian Liaison Council (ILC) held its baord meeting on 30th July 2014, in Mumbai, India with the presence of  UNI Apro Regional Secretary Christopher Ng. Chris emphasized on the need of UNI ILC revival with the new developments taking place in India. He commended the efforts put in by UNITES Hyderabad organizing IT & BPO employees in to trade unions with encouraging results. Christopher welcomed the new affilaites to the board meeting the All India State Bank of India Staff Federation (AISBISF) & All India Bank of Baroda Officers Association (AIBOBOA). ILC Board members elected Milind Nadkarni (AIBOBEF) as the President and Devarajan Theagarajan (FNPO) as the new Secretary. 

UNI ILC is expected meet in September 2014 in Chennai to finalize action plans in India
