Connect, UNI's affiliate in the UK, has reported thet the action hit BT across all Lines of Business and across the UK throughout the summer. This action is the only way to make BT make a fair offer on members' pay. 



Vonnect also reminds members it is essential that they keep talking to their colleagues about the action and to support each other in making sure that this action has maximum impact.

Connect knows that the action is making a real difference. The union has been sent a copy of a 'Red Flag' report (i.e. a report which details serious problems, requiring immediate attention by a senior manager), which specifically mentions the impact of the action on BT.
