Our four affiliates in Belgium (BBTK-SETCA LBC-CNE) has informed about an important victory in Sitel. After long debates and two strikes, the unions finally can bring the news that at this moment there will no more be forced dismissals.



Sitel Management confirms, through Eddy Van de Poel, Managing Director Sitel Central Europe, that there will not be proceeded to the earlier announced forced dismissals.



The management engages itself to always check the achievability and relevance of possible future changes/optimisations within the existing organisation model with the unions and the relevant departments.



The union representatives think this is a positive sign fro the management's side and are ready to cooperate in a constructive way to repair the social and economical stability in the company.
