Under the umbrella of UNI Global Union, UNI-Finance and its affiliates have established the UNI-Finance Allianz-alliance.



With the aim to develop a permanent cooperation of the UNI-Europa affiliates represented in the Allianz company, the trade unions who approve of this declaration commit themselves to work within the Allianz-alliance on a regular basis.



That means:

1. The Allianz-alliance will meet regularly in order to exchange information on local, European and global developments. There should be at least one conference per year.

2. The Allianz-alliance shall as well develop common positions and policies as coordinate trade unions activities on transnational level. We aim for trade union recognition in all European companies and branches of Allianz. Collective bargaining and consultation of workers on company decisions at all levels are to be achieved as soon as possible. As a first step in this direction we will develop an appropriate strategy for our work.

3. The Allianz-alliance will set up its own rules of procedures. A coordination group will manage the activities of the Allianz-alliance in cooperation with UNI-Finance. The members of the Allianz-alliance have to run this network. The trade unions taking part in the network commit themselves to taking over the costs for the participation of their delegate/s and for the meetings, i.e. costs for interpretation will be shared between the trade unions.

4. The Allianz-alliance will have a close cooperation with the Allianz SE works council. Both bodies shall develop common goals and priorities and support each other in their work.
