The European social partners in the telecom industry, UNI Europa and ETNO, have signed a joint declaration on improving the mental wellbeing of workers in the industry. In the declaration, the social partners encourage both companies and unions of the telecom sector to implement the Good Practice Guidelines that they have developed during a joint European project on "Good Work, Good Health". The Guidelines highlight best practice examples of European telecom operators in preventing and addressing mental health problems at the workplace.
