Based on a discussion on several potential topics the social partners found common interest in continuing work on the risk assessment tool, strengthening cooperation with the Bilbao Agency (European Agency for Safety and Health at Work), and putting focus on prevention and initial training.



On capacity building, both the employers and the workers are currently working on their respective projects to support the strengthening of unions and employers’ organisations and the setting-up of social dialogue in countries where it doesn’t yet exist. After these projects it will be possible to look at further joint work on the topic.



The Committee also heard a presentation from Eurofound, the European research agency, regarding their activities and research focus as well as some ideas on how Eurofound’s work could be of use to the Live performance social dialogue committee if research is needed on a specific topic.
