Background

Following the UBE working conditions survey in 2008 (VS/2008/002/0271) UNI Europa and EU Athletes now wish to extend the working conditions survey to basketball, handball, ice hockey and rugby.



Purpose of the contract

In the framework of the project “FOCUS on ATHLETES: Developing a knowledge base and addressing critical issues in the European Sport sector ” UNI Europa and EU Athletes will execute a survey among professional athletes from member associations of EU Athletes, from other player associations and from teams who are not yet organized into associations. The focus will be on the sports of basketball, handball, ice hockey and rugby and on New Member States such as Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Bulgaria.



Deadline

The amount available to carry out the survey is 54.000 €. The deadline to present the proposals to UNI Europa is 20 January 2012. The proposals should be sent to UNI Europa :
