KPIs for Work Life Balance Reviewed at Colombo Symposium

Over 100 participants representing 32 trade unions from 8 countries in Asia & Pacific attended the symposium held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Ulf Bengttson, UNI Professional & Managers World President, joined the events and the UNI Apro P&M annual committee meeting which preceded the Symposium. Federation of Bank Officers of Sri Lanka and UNI Sri Lanka Affiliates Council jointly organized the symposium in Colombo.
