We think that the graphical employers deserve the prize. They organise courses where they teach their members how they can cut their employees pay. We are outraged because it will have consequences for all employees in the printing industry, says Nicolai Larsen, one of the young activists.
Young people believe that employers are exploiting the financial crisis, and fear that many people have of being fired, to lower wages and increase working hours.

It is aimed at "business owners, managers, supervisors and other highly trusted employees and for 1,475 Danish Kroner, including food and course materials, participants can get answers on how the company can get rid of extra payments for overtime. There is also help available to enable the employers to cut pay and to find reasons for sacking workers.
Ulla Jeppesen, President of HK, media & industrial group was surprised but happy to hear of the young activists groups presentation to the Employers Federation who so blatantly exploit the crisis to degrade print workers. She said - I know that the printing industry feels bad, but it should be no secret that it enrages me that the Graphic Association openly organises training on how printing companies can obtain free overtime and give our members pay cuts.
