UNI affiliate NATAU has launched another blitz week today - aiming to repeat their successes over the last 6 months in growing the union in the Security Sector. 17 workers turned out in t shirts and sun hats to reach out to 500 security guards this week and sign them up. the workers - many of whom are doing this for a second time - are confident and cheerful about building the union.

`Nothing will change if we don`t have the union, so we have got to build it to make it powerful enough to change things`one of them declared to her colleagues.

They are being accompanied by a solidarity delegate from the Finnish trade union PAM. Marja is an Organiser working for PAM in this sector - and has a daughter working as a Security Guard too!
