Final conference of the capacity building project

Dear Colleagues,
I hereby would like to confirm that the final conference of the above mentioned project will take place in Brussels the 12 February 2014 from 9.00 to 16.00 (exact time schedule to be further confirmed) at the Hotel Bedford (the day after the social dialogue meeting).
UNI Europa is entitled to a maximum of 25 representatives. It would be important to have all the above mentioned countries represented by at least one person. This is even more the case for those countries who are not familiar with the SAC/SD Meeting in order to show our commitment and cooperation towards both the EU institutions and social partners.
We would suggest the following breakdown:

Lithuania 1
Latvia 1
Czech Republic 2
Slovak Republic 2
Slovenia 1

Serbia 1

Of course, some flexibility in this breakdown will be possible.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, Romanian, Polish, Turkish and Croatian active + French and Czech passive.
