UNI Europa replied to the public consultation on the Commission's Stakeholder Consultation guidelines and to the public consultation on the revision of the Commission’s Impact Assessment guidelines.

UNI Europa's replies as well as the ETUC's final replies are annexed here for your information. The consultations run until 30/09/2014.

Both consultations are highly important for the European labour movement as their outcome will shape future consultation processes. UNI Europa has emphasised the role of formal social partner consultations in informing the legislative process especially for legislative and non-legislative acts with significant social and employment impacts.
