UNI Global Union sends a sincere message of solidarity to all those involved in this latest atrocity in which at least 36 people have lost their lives.

UNI General Secretary, Philip Jennings said, “Our hearts go out to the victims and their families. We stand in solidarity with them, our Philippine affiliates, and the whole country, which must come to terms with this latest tragedy.

“UNI has many affiliates in the gaming sector in the Philippines and we share their disbelief and anger at what has happened. As we have seen in Manchester and Kabul in recent days, senseless and cruel attacks on innocent people are becoming widespread. We know that the Philippine people, similarly to their brothers and sisters in Manchester and Kabul, will not give in to evil. We stand in solidarity with them and send a message of support from the entire UNI Global family.”
