UNI Affiliate FSCM Moldova is holding a planning workshop this weekend in the Labour institute to prepare its plans for an organisng campaign in their sector. 20 activists and union leaders are going through training with UNI, supported by the Swedish UNI affiliate SEKO.

The union is seeking to extends it recent successes in concluding collective agreements and recognition deals to build its union membership to reflect the level of its activity and influence. The 3 day training will provide the union with planning skills on resources and strategy based on recent organisng successes by other union affiliates including workers from Nepal who are also employed by TeliaSonera.
