In the current climate of uncertainty this Collective Agreement is a strong social signal to the workers.



It isn’t obvious to capture job security in the midst of the current crisis.



This agreement is the result of LBC-NVK's repeated insistence on positive measures in the framework of the security of our jobs. By doing so, KBC sent out a strong signal to his staff.



Further, LBC-NVK hopes that this example could set the trigger to other similar results.
