Participants decided to enlarge the network's database on the most important clauses from collective agreements (http://sodass.work.de). In addition to France, Germany, Italy and the UK, in future information from Belgium, Finland, the Netherlands and Spain will also be covered.



The eight unions exchanged experiences on performance and result related pay. In France, Spain and soon also in Finland, a substantial part of pay depends on the assessment of superiors and the economic success of the company. In Italy, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, by contrast, performance related pay remains of minor importance. At the next meeting, the unions want to develop a common position on the issue.



At the meeting, the Rome Group adopted a joint declaration in which the eight unions define the objectives of the network and outline future steps in developing their cooperation.
