In the framework of the European sectoral social dialogue, UNI europa and ETNO (the European telecom networks operators' organisation) call for tenders for a joint study as part of a new EU funded project. Entitled "Good work, good health", the joint study shall examine how mental well-being of workers in the telecom sector could be improved by defining good practice at the workplace. UNI europa and ETNO are looking for a research team to undertake both a review on the scientific state of play and a practical field study in selected European companies.
