On March 28th, women from Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay and Brasil met in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to carry out a fourth workshop within the scope of the UNI Mentoring Program. This 4th workshop allowed the 22 participating tandems to the workshop to share their achievements as well as the obstacles they have encountered during the implementation of the program.

The work the tandems have carried out in areas like organizing, capacity building, work on leadership and union activities has been impressive and it has served as inspiration for other tandems to follow.

And although the tandems have faced challenges like physical distance (which makes it hard for them to meet), lack of union support and resources, they have continued to work, providing creative solutions to these challenges.

This fourth workshop is the last workshop before the Closing Workshop which will take place in September 2016, and which marks the end of the two year implementation period.
