UNI Europa, the European service workers union, calls on Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to remove investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) from the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). In this open letter to the European Parliament, paradoxes and critical areas are highlighted. MEPs wanting to safeguard democracy and provide the best possible regulatory framework for Europe’s businesses, citizens and workers, are asked to take action and remove ISDS at the 10 June Plenary.
