In the frame of UNI Finance "Sales vs Advice" campaign, a Joint Declaration was signed by Unicredit EWC and Central Management to address the Responsible Sales.

The declaration will apply to the all Group's employees represented by the EWC, across all countries of operation and subsidiaries.

It also defines Fundamental Principles such as, Customers' needs of centricity, Employees' development, Sustainable products and services in order to permanent generate durable value, Organizational Governance to promote integrity and conducive to the responsible sales of products, Fair and Transparent Business Culture.

The document set the modalities of implementation of the Fundamental Principles and a frame of proper Monitoring Body to ensure his full application.

This document constitutes in an important tool for workers and shall contribute to the reinforcement of Social Dialogue and the role of the unions at Unicredit Group.

UNI Europa Finance played its role in the whole process of negotiation, through the constant presence of two Experts, Lucia Peveri and Klaus Gruenewald.
