A fruitfull exchange of information between European Graphical trade unions took place in Wiesbaden on 16 October 2013 during the UNI EG conference on coordination of collective bargaining. The 2013 survey on collective bargaining shows that only a few number of countries managed to achieve positive results through their collective bargaining rounds. At the conference, evidence was made that most of the national collective bargaining systems are heavily under pressure. In this very difficult times, participants clearly agreed that it is not enough to try to solve problems in their own country and that Graphical Trade Unions have to strengthen the solidarity between them and reinforce their cooperation at European level.
